About the Role Due to continued growth, Vaughan Constructions is seeking applications from Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join our team based at our Kingsgrove office in NSW. These roles play a key part in supporting project success across all stages of delivery. Responsibilities include preparing and managing subcontractor documentation, coordinating procurement activities, and working closely with Project Managers throughout both the tendering and construction phases. For more experienced candidates, there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibility, including leading contract administration processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to commercial strategy and project outcomes. Success in these roles requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to the seamless delivery of projects while continuing to develop your expertise within the industrial construction sector. Skills and Experience To be successful, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or a related discipline Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role within the commercial or industrial construction industry Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Sound knowledge of building codes, standards and construction practices A solid understanding of safety requirements and industry regulations For Senior Contract Administrator applicants, you will also demonstrate: Extensive industry experience in a similar role Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability The ability to lead, mentor and support junior team members We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals who are eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
