Working with 3 of our corporate partners in Melbourne, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Associate to join a close knit, and highly collaborative team. You will work on a broad variety of complex matters, with an enviable list of high-profile clients. Responsibilities Advising a variety of clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, consumer markets, financial services, agribusiness, infrastructure, resources and energy Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, capital raisings, VC investments, W&I insurance, buyouts, rollups, international expansion and market entry, governance and commercial law Due diligence and drafting/negotiating documents for complex commercial transactions Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives Requirements 5 years' PQE gained within a corporate and commercial practice in an international or top tier law firm A strong desire to work on high profile, complex transactions. Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills Exceptional project management and client liaison skills, and acute commercial acumen, are considered essential The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with a strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
