Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level executive support to CFO and EGM Manage complex diaries and inboxes with accuracy and foresight Coordinate ELT meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items Collate and prepare Board papers and executive documentation Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless workplace experience Assist with internal events and team initiatives About you You’re a confident, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being a true business partner to senior leaders.
