We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team supporting a major resources operation. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with leaders during a significant period of organisational change, contributing to both operational excellence and transformational initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the HR Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across a large operational portfolio. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide strategic and operational HR support while driving change initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leaders to provide expert HR advice and support across a broad range of people matters Supporting organisational change, restructures, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives Building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes across the business Coaching and supporting leaders to improve capability and effectiveness in people management Managing complex employee relations matters and providing practical solutions Leading and contributing to HR projects focused on continuous improvement and standardisation Analysing workforce data and providing meaningful insights to support decision-making Collaborating with shared services teams to ensure effective delivery of HR and payroll processes Promoting best practice people management and compliance across the business About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Some experience in a Generalist HR Advisory role Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives Experience planning and executing complex change programs Ability to assess organisational change impacts and recommend practical solutions Proven capability to coach and support leaders through people-related challenges Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience working with large datasets Experience using HR systems such as SAP, Workday, and reporting tools High attention to detail and a strong understanding of data integrity and governance Previous site-based HR experience within the mining, resources, or heavy industry sector will be highly regarded What's on Offer FIFO roster providing excellent work-life balance Opportunity to support a large-scale resources operation Exposure to complex organisational change and transformation projects Collaborative and supportive HR team environment Long-term career development within a leading organisation If you are an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
