The work is physically demanding and includes both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and adaptability are essential. The important parts: Role: Construction Worker – Timber Bridge Crew Location: Sunshine Coast (RoadTek project) Shifts: Day and night works, including weekends as required Key Requirements: Entry-level or junior construction experience (timber or bridge work advantageous) High physical fitness and stamina Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety Valid Queensland “C” class driver’s license Ability to integrate into a high-energy team environment Willingness to participate in formal training (e.g., Civil Trades Development Program) Pre-employment medical assessment required Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate must demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and the ability to integrate into a team with a strong, energetic dynamic.
