Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor / Generalist to join their team in West Perth, working for a well-respected, Perth-based Australian gold producer. This full-time, temporary role is perfect for someone with strong recruitment experience who can also provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters. What you’ll be doing: Leading recruitment activities, managing the end-to-end hiring process (approximately 80% of the role) Managing disciplinary processes, including investigating breaches of policy or procedure Preparing compliant warning letters and supporting documentation Providing advice and guidance to managers on how to run meetings relating to performance, conduct, or behavioural issues (20% of the role) Escalating complex HR issues to senior HR leadership as required Ensuring HR practices are compliant with company policy and legislation What you’ll need: At least 4 years’ experience handling disciplinary matters and HR generalist tasks Strong recruitment experience with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Knowledge of compliance requirements and HR policies Experience preparing warning letters and supporting managers with HR processes Excellent communication skills and confidence providing guidance to managers Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What’s in it for you: A full-time, temporary role with exposure to both recruitment and HR advisory work Opportunity to develop and broaden your HR experience Supportive team culture with hands-on leadership guidance How to apply: To submit your application, please click the APPLY button to submit your resume together with a covering letter.
