Key Responsibilities Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding. Maintain employee records and workflows within ELMO, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Support recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and learning and development activities. Prepare employment documentation and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate employee information. Contribute to workforce reporting, People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You You are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems while helping others in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a People & Culture or Human Resources environment is advantageous. Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR systems, with ELMO experience highly regarded. A proactive approach, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism and continuous improvement. A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
