Senior Business Analyst - Product Simplification & AccountClosures 12 Month Contract | Sydney | $950 super We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale banking transformation program focused on product simplification and account closures Key responsibilities: Lead product stop-sell / grandfathering initiatives across transaction and savings products Gather and define business, operational and marketing requirements to transition products to not-for-sale status Support product simplification activities including turning off origination pathways and updating downstream processes and systems Drive decisions and delivery across multiple product combinations and customer impacts Lead dormant account closure initiatives, identifying and removing unfunded / inactive accounts ahead of migration activities Partner with business, product, operations and technology stakeholders Ideal experience: Strong Senior BA background within banking products Experience delivering product simplification, product rationalisation, stop-sell, grandfathering, account closure or decommissioning initiatives Exposure to transaction accounts, savings products or customer servicing journeys Confident working across process, operating model and business change Excellent opportunity to shape upstream transformation outcomesand work in a great team!
