We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of commercial construction and electrical projects across Queensland. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities and record actions and outcomes Assist with project planning, workflows, timeframes and milestone tracking Collate and process weekly timesheets Prepare project documentation for internal teams and stakeholders Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and resources Track project costs and expenses Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution Support quality assurance processes and project compliance requirements Prepare project reports and assist with performance tracking Act as a key point of contact for project participants General administration and project support duties as required About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Administrator or similar role Previous experience within construction, electrical, engineering or project-based environments highly regarded Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn What's on Offer?
