At Rapid Circle, we use Rapid Build™ to turn plain‑language business problems into working cloud applications, fast, while keeping an engineer in the loop to ensure quality and enterprise alignment. Description What you’ll do Work directly with customers to understand problems described in plain language and translate them into buildable solutions. Use Rapid Build to generate a structured functional specification and deliver a working application on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with our Agentic Engineering team to build proof‑of‑concept solutions quickly—customers receive a live URL to test plus a GitHub repository with source code. Ensure solutions are production‑ready, not throwaway prototypes—built using patterns such as .NET APIs, Azure Static Web Apps, and Azure Table Storage. Support rapid customer iteration: each PoC includes a built‑in feedback widget and GitHub issue sync so feedback turns into action quickly. Must‑haves Strong customer communication: you can explain technical concepts in simple language and guide stakeholders from “problem” to “solution”. A consulting mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, asking great questions, and iterating fast while protecting trust and quality. Practical experience with agentic or AI‑assisted development (agent workflows, AI‑assisted build patterns, human‑in‑the‑loop engineering). Nice‑to‑haves Hands‑on experience delivering modern cloud solutions, ideally in Azure. Experience with GitHub‑based delivery workflows and handover of solutions into customer environments. Confidence in demos/PoCs where value must be shown early and clearly.
