About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic People & Culture Advisor who enjoys variety and being involved in day-to-day operations to join our Head Office based at Hendra. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this is a true HR generalist role that will see you delivering hands-on end to end HR support across multiple CV businesses. You’ll support leaders and employees across key people functions - providing HR guidance, managing employee documentation, supporting employee relations matters, and ensuring people processes are followed through consistently. Day to day you will be responsible for: · Coordinating onboarding, probation management and offboarding processes · Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, general letters, variations and position descriptions · Providing advice on all HR matters such as people management and compliance with industrial instruments (Awards, EAs and the NES) · Assisting with employee relations matters alongside senior P&C team members · Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and reporting · Supporting engagement and recognition initiatives · Escalating complex or high risk matters appropriately · Supporting HR projects and initiatives This role is best suited to someone with strong HR experience and HR Administration skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering a high level of support. About You · 3 years previous experience in a high transactional HR generalist role · Excellent time management with the ability to work well under pressure · Efficient HR administration skills with a high level of attention to detail · Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels · Previous exposure to relevant legislation and providing HR advice · A proactive, solutions-focused approach · Comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment where priorities can shift About CV Services Group CV Services Group has built a strong reputation in Queensland since the early 1980s, delivering essential services across electrical, plumbing, building, HVAC, and signage.
