Permanent role Brisbane CBD location (hybrid) Competitive salary This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and proactive submissions professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing end-to-end proposals and tenders across a range of high-profile projects. The Opportunity Working closely with Bid Managers, Studio Leaders and stakeholders nationally, you will take ownership of coordinating and delivering high-quality submissions aligned to brand standards, client expectations and business objectives. You will play a key role in managing multiple submissions simultaneously, supporting business development initiatives and ensuring proposals are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end submissions and proposal coordination • Coordinate and develop compelling submission content • Ensure compliance, quality and brand consistency across all documentation • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather required information • Maintain submission templates, CV libraries and knowledge databases • Support continuous improvement initiatives across submissions processes and systems • Manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment About You You will bring previous experience within submissions, bids or tender coordination, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction or professional services environments.
