We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing commercial properties, tenant relationships, and compliance requirements in a dynamic environment. As Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant, and financially optimised. You will be responsible for tenant management, financial reporting, CAPEX and outgoings, and implementing strategies to enhance property performance. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach to problem-solving and value creation.
