Care Services Worker – Community Care – Bayside & Brisbane Southside QLD The position Join our diverse team as a Care Services Worker and embrace an exciting opportunity to work within our Bayside and Brisbane Southside Villages. Working mainly across our Cleveland Manor, Wellington Manor Retirement Villages on the Bayside as well as Noyea Retirement Village in Mount Warren Park Qld and The Green Retirement Village in Tarragindi. This casual position plays a pivotal role, prioritising the well-being of our residents above all else. We are seeking a motivated person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team, as well as embrace the chance to be a source of support and comfort for our residents. Reporting to the Care Manager - Qld, you will be responsible for: Assist Home Care recipients with daily living activities, including mobility, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and medication prompting Assist with meal preparation as needed Provide domestic and laundry services to care recipients Transport care recipients to appointments (e.g., medical) Offer social support and shopping assistance We’re on the lookout for someone with: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent) Full Drivers Licence, Comprehensive Insurance and Reliable Transport National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing Our benefits The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
