OVERVIEW: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-respected client of ours. This person will oversea a well-maintained mixed portfolio with approximately 100 leases. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Property Manager or Senior looking for the next step in their career. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-end management of a mixed portfolio Liaise with tenants, landlords and stakeholders with exceptional service Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears Provide strategic asset management advice where required Use Cirrus8 to manage day-to-day property operations Work closely with broader property and finance team CRIETERIA: Current valid property registration Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Manager Proficiency with Cirrrus8 software Strong understanding of lease structures and property legislation Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and great organisational skills BENEFITS: Work within a respected Perth agency CBD location Free onsite parking bay Supportive culture that values expertise, collaboration, and career development Ready to take the next step in your career?
