Assist with onboarding and nurturing new team members. Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards. Promote a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. About You Previous experience in residential property management with WA registration. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
