ABOUT THE ROLE As the dedicated Leasing Manager, you will work closely with the Property Management team to ensure vacant properties are leased quickly and professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing all leasing activity for the rent roll Responding to property enquiries via phone and email Conducting home opens and private viewings Meeting and qualifying prospective tenants Processing tenancy applications Conducting new tenant handovers Maintaining strong communication with landlords and the Property Management team Delivering a premium client and tenant experience at every touchpoint This is a permanent, full time role with the below requirements: Work 4 days during the week Saturday (Saturday hours will differ week to week and is based on the amount of home opens booked.)
