About the role: We have an exciting, full-time position available for a Systems Engineer at the level 3 / projects skill level. In this role, you will provide support to clients, both remote and onsite, be involved with project planning/delivery and assist other team members. With a broad range of clients, you will be exposed to many of the latest technologies and be provided with training along the way. What we are looking for - 5 years experience in a similar role in an MSP - Strong O365 experience - Extensive Intune experience - Azure - Networking skills - Hyper-V or VMWare - Windows Server - Firewalls - Ideally ConnectWise experience or similar - Excellent troubleshooting skills - A customer focused, caring approach - Ability to work under pressure - Full Drivers license
