About the Role Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of commercial properties. This includes financial performance, tenant relationships, leasing outcomes, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. You will play a key role in maximising asset performance, minimising vacancy, and delivering strong tenant satisfaction, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage financial performance including budgeting, outgoings, CAPEX, and monthly reporting Oversee rental arrears, debt recovery processes, and invoice approvals Manage lease administration including renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure compliance with lease obligations Work with external agents to minimise vacancy and secure new tenants Conduct regular site inspections and maintain property condition reports Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and capital works projects Ensure properties meet all statutory compliance and risk requirements Maintain accurate property records, tenancy schedules, and system data Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication on property performance About You Previous experience in commercial property management (3–5 years preferred) Strong understanding of leases, outgoings, and financial management Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills High level of organisation, attention to detail, and initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Adept or similar desirable) Current driver’s licence and ability to conduct site visits How to apply Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion.
