This role plays a critical part in driving organisational uplift by ensuring changes to people, processes, and operating models are effectively designed, delivered, and embedded. You will work closely with senior leaders, program teams, and a diverse stakeholder group to enable successful delivery and long-term capability outcomes. About the Program You will support a large-scale, multi-year capability program operating in a complex and high-profile environment. The program focuses on delivering long-term, high-value outcomes while managing ongoing operational priorities and transformation initiatives. About the Team The Portfolio Integration function supports program delivery by: Providing program governance and oversight Monitoring risks, benefits, and organisational readiness Connecting strategic direction with operational execution Supporting delivery of complex, high-value initiatives Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and execution of change management activities Deliver enterprise-wide change strategies to support program transformation Conduct change impact assessments and develop comprehensive change plans Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness Partner with program and project teams to embed sustainable change outcomes Analyse complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions Influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups Deliver training, communications, and adoption initiatives Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption outcomes Lead and develop team capability through coaching and performance support Skills and Experience Proven experience delivering enterprise or large-scale change programs Strong background in stakeholder engagement and organisational change Experience working in complex or government environments Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Qualifications Mandatory: Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance and employment suitability Tertiary qualification in change management or a related discipline Certification in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, Lean Change ) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Experience with digital learning tools and Microsoft Office suite Desirable: Knowledge of governance, privacy, and work health and safety frameworks Experience with enterprise systems and collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, HR systems) Core Capabilities Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong alignment with professional conduct and integrity standards Well-developed leadership and change capability Ability to operate effectively within structured governance frameworks Commitment to public sector values and accountability
