8:6 FIFO Roster $220k Base 15% Uplift $40M Bulk Earthworks Project The Opportunity Our client is a well-established civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead the delivery of a large-scale bulk earthworks package on a major mining project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record managing large earthworks crews and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks activities. Coordinate supervisors, engineers, plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery. Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all work fronts. Monitor project progress and productivity against programme targets. Work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team to achieve project objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships both on-site and with the client. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Requirements Extensive experience as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor on large-scale civil or mining projects. Strong background delivering bulk earthworks, roads, haul roads, pads, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure. Proven leadership experience managing large site-based teams. Strong understanding of project planning, productivity, and cost control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Current Australian Driver's Licence.
