Process complex variations, progress claims, cost reporting, and monthly cash flow forecasting. Draft, negotiate, and execute watertight subcontract agreements and major procurement orders. Collaboratively assess financial risk and identify cost-saving strategies alongside Project Managers. Lead regular financial review meetings and ensure strict compliance with project budgets. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Tier 1 or prominent Tier 2 commercial construction environment. High proficiency in utilizing major construction ERP or accounting software (such as Jobpac, CHEOPS, or similar). Exceptional negotiation skills, robust contractual literacy, and sharp commercial acumen. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar trade packages on complex commercial builds. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying.
