Multiple opportunities are available for experienced HSE professionals from HSE Advisor through to Senior HSE Advisor level , with a variety of roster and location options available. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across project operations. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and investigations. Support project teams with practical HSE guidance and coaching. Monitor compliance with client, legislative and company requirements. Assist with contractor management, incident reporting and corrective actions. Deliver toolbox talks, safety communications and workforce engagement initiatives. Maintain HSE systems, documentation and reporting requirements. Skills & Experience Proven experience within civil construction, roads, infrastructure, earthworks, mining or major project environments. Certificate IV or Certificate V in Work Health & Safety (minimum). Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) advantageous. Strong understanding of WA WHS legislation and industry standards. Ability to build relationships and influence positive safety outcomes on site. Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
