The Opportunity This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys getting in, picking things up quickly, and owning the process end-to-end. Supporting a busy People & Culture function, you'll step in during a high-volume period to ensure critical HR administration continues to run smoothly. Following an initial handover, you'll be trusted to manage your workload independently, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously. You'll work with a straightforward and pragmatic leadership team who value trust, accountability and getting things done. This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Advisor looking for a short-term opportunity where they can quickly add value and make an immediate impact. Key Duties Will Include: Managing Employment Hero administration Maintaining employee records and HR data Preparing HR documentation and employee correspondence Coordinating onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities Supporting compliance and HR administration processes Ensuring data accuracy across systems and records Managing administrative workflows and follow-ups Supporting general People & Culture activities and projects About You Experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination or similar roles Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident using HRIS platforms, with Employment Hero highly regarded High attention to detail and data accuracy Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines Comfortable working with minimal supervision Enjoys administration and seeing tasks through to completion Practical, reliable and solutions-focused Benefits Immediate start with structured handover Approximate six-week contract opportunity Broad exposure across the employee lifecycle Flexible start and finish times Trusted to work autonomously Modern office in a convenient CBD location About the Organisation: About the Organisation Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong focus on people, community, and operational excellence.
