About the Role Based in our client's Rydalmere office and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the friendly voice and reliable support customers depend on. You'll respond to enquiries, resolve challenges, process orders, and work closely with teams across the Pacific region (Australia and New Zealand) to ensure every interaction is smooth, accurate, and timely. From phone-based support to order coordination, complaint resolution, and ERP/CRM updates, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full customer care lifecycle, becoming a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders alike. You'll work daily with colleagues across Sales, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and Technical Support, so a genuine interest in products and how they fit together will serve you well. Hours and Location These are full-time, onsite roles with two fixed shift patterns: 6:00am to 2:00pm 10:00am to 6:00pm Free parking is available onsite. Key Responsibilities Be the knowledgeable first point of contact, helping customers with enquiries, product details, pricing, and order updates while delivering a genuinely positive experience. Own the order journey end to end, processing orders accurately in the ERP system and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Stay one step ahead by coordinating follow-ups, preparing written order status reports, and keeping customers informed through proactive phone and email communication. Resolve concerns with confidence and care, handling complaints in the first instance and escalating complex issues when needed, all while strengthening relationships and building trust. Support day-to-day admin and coordination tasks, including credits, claims, returns, picking slips, and accurate record-keeping, that keep the Customer Care operation professional and efficient.
