The firm services both local and international clients and specialises in Accounting & Taxation, Business Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Corporate Advisory, and Superannuation. They have developed a well-networked partnership team, with many having moved over from Top 10 and Big-4 practices, due to the depth and quality of work they provide. Due to one of their long-term team members retiring, they are now on the lookout for a Manager/Senior Manager to join one of their teams. This role will work under a Director who has been with the business for 12 years and previously worked with several top 10 practices. He is an excellent Director to work under; down-to-earth, approachable, and conscious of flexibility and work/life balance for his team. The team currently consist of 2 Managers, 6 Accountants from Cadet to Senior level, and an EA. The client portfolio is very diverse and includes both trading businesses and investment clients, with a strong advisory focus to the work. The firm understands that culture is hugely important to the success and overall health of the business, their people, and the clients they service. They place a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, training, and development. This has resulted in a stable team environment, with many examples of staff returning to the practice after venturing off to other roles, and an attrition rate well below that of their peers.
