Role Overview This position is part of the Account Management Team (AMT), which is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant Know Your Client (KYC) records throughout the entire client lifecycle. The role supports the Australian AMT by handling client system access requests, contributing to ongoing data maintenance and remediation, and providing issue resolution support. Key Responsibilities Assess and process requests for client system access, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal data platforms. Adhere to established controls and ensure all operational activities meet internal policies and regulatory obligations. Act as a point of support for Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers by resolving system-related issues and queries. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new enhancements. Assist in defining local requirements, updating procedural documentation, and supporting enhancements to systems and platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to support process alignment and project coordination efforts. Contribute to the upkeep of project plans and governance frameworks. Provide support with additional administrative tasks, including document archiving and scanning when required.
