Pay Rate - $37.13 per hr including casual loading (penalties) Days & Hours: Monday to Friday – shifts between 7am and 5pm Job Brief/Overview Duties: Looking for someone with Contact Centre experience, including use of CRM, preference for Salesforce Customer Service Answering and directing incoming phone calls Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc) Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes Booking scheduled services Dispute resolution Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc) Accounts Receivable Billing customers (External Transporters, Returned & Confirmed jobs)Emailing invoices to customers with copies of service dockets Providing copies of invoices Credit Processing Debt recovery Other Administration Customer Communications Customer update letters Safety issues as reported by drivers Access Requirements Weighbridge monitoring Required Experience - Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ideal candidate Will work well in a team Can handle competing priorities Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work Commitment to safety Self-motivated Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team High attention to detail As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
