The Opportunity We are now seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join a dedicated team of Bravo Registered Migration Agents based within IDP Australia's Student Placement office in Brisbane, QLD supporting international students and migrants navigating an increasingly complex visa environment. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years' experience and must have an active and valid MARN registered with the OMARA. This is a position comes with a competitive base salary plus a bonus structure, making it ideal for a self-driven professional who excels in both service delivery and client acquisition. What You'll Do As a Registered Migration Agent, you will work closely with our leadership, sales and business development teams, and other consultants to deliver accurate legal advice and support our continued growth. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor, providing migration assessments and ensuring compliance across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Deliver clear, professional, and compliant migration advice to individual and corporate clients Assess visa eligibility for prospective clients and corporate partners Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure legal accuracy in proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Liaise with Case Managers to support accurate and timely lodgement of applications Monitor legal changes and communicate key updates to the broader team A Successful Candidate MUST meet these Essential Criteria: Current registration as a Migration Agent (MARA) Sound knowledge of Australian migration law and procedures, in particular, Subclass 500 Student Visas and related applications Demonstrated experience managing complex migration cases Strong communication skills and ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal audiences Excellent attention to detail and time management Willingness and ability to be present in the Brisbane, QLD office at IDP at least 4 days a week, allowing for WFH 1 day a week Additional Desirable Criteria: Experience working with sales or business development teams Knowledge of experience using the LEAP Migration Manager system Second language skills (professional level) Interest in process improvement and quality assurance What We Offer Work alongside one of the most experienced migration advisory teams in the industry, led by a Capstone Exam Assessor and CPD Presenter A collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented team environment Access to high-quality systems and CRM — enabling you to focus on legal work, not admin Access to ongoing professional development and training Opportunity to work on diverse cases and grow your reputation in the industry Competitive base salary plus generous commissions How to Apply Ready to help people achieve their migration goals while growing your own career?
