What you’ll be doing This isn’t a “sit in the background” type role. You’ll be trusted to take ownership and play a key part in delivering projects from start to finish. You’ll be: Managing your own projects and building strong client relationships Leading civil design work across infrastructure, transport, and land development projects Liaising with councils to get approvals over the line Getting involved in everything from concept design through to delivery Supporting tenders, procurement, and contract administration Working closely with contractors during construction phases Contributing to the growth of the business and its client base What they’re looking for You don’t need to tick every single box, but ideally you’ll bring: Around 5 years of civil engineering consultancy experience in Australia (or New Zealand), ideally in QLD.
