BIM Manager | Part Time or Full Time | 2–3 Days Per Week Considered | Brisbane | $130,000–$160,000 Super (Pro Rata for Part Time) Not looking for another production role? Perhaps you're an experienced BIM Manager looking for greater flexibility. Maybe you're a Senior BIM Coordinator ready to step into a broader leadership position. Or perhaps you're a technically strong Architect who enjoys systems, mentoring and improving the way teams work. If that sounds familiar, keep reading. We are partnering with a highly respected architecture and design practice that delivers significant government, education and civic projects across Australia. They are seeking a BIM Manager to help lead and evolve their BIM capability across the studio. This is not a newly created role. The position has previously existed within the practice and is being reintroduced as part of ongoing project demand and future growth. What makes this opportunity particularly unique is the flexibility on offer. The practice is genuinely open to either a part time arrangement of 2–3 days per week or a full time position, depending on the individual. About the Role Working closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of BIM standards, workflows and best practice across the business while supporting project teams across a diverse portfolio of projects. Rather than sitting in a purely technical support function, you will have the opportunity to influence how BIM is implemented across the practice and play a meaningful role in shaping future project delivery. The position would suit an established BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM Coordinator. Equally, we would be interested in speaking with a technically strong Architect or Documentation Lead looking to transition into a dedicated BIM leadership role. What We're Looking For • Advanced Revit capability within an architecture environment • BIM Management, BIM Coordination or senior technical leadership experience • Strong understanding of documentation and project delivery processes • Experience developing BIM standards, templates and workflows • Ability to mentor and support project teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Passion for continuous improvement and technical excellence Why You Should Apply This is a rare opportunity to join a respected practice where your technical expertise will be valued, your voice will be heard and your contribution will have a genuine impact. With flexibility around hours, meaningful projects and direct access to leadership, this role offers the chance to shape both your own position and the future direction of BIM within the practice. Whether you are looking for a flexible part time arrangement or a long term full time leadership opportunity , this role provides the platform to make a genuine impact within a highly regarded design practice.
