Blake Oliver Consulting is supporting a global consulting and technology firm in sourcing a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant for a major enterprise banking program. This role is focused on the functional design, configuration and operational enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across complex payroll environments. The role will suit someone with deep payroll domain knowledge, strong EC and ECP experience, and the ability to work across design, build, integration, testing, cutover and post go live support. Responsibilities Lead functional solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Design and validate hire to retire and pay to report processes Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types and pay components Work across Payroll Control Center monitoring, alerts and payroll processes Support EC to ECP replication, payroll data flows and master data governance Work with technical teams on integration design, validation and error handling Define functional requirements for ABAP, middleware and reporting solutions Support parallel payroll testing, reconciliation and sign off Contribute to cutover planning, production readiness and hypercare Support BAU operating models, payroll run books and escalation processes Skills and Experience 8 plus years experience across SAP payroll and SuccessFactors Deep hands on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience Proven experience delivering multiple end to end ECP implementations Strong payroll domain knowledge, including payroll cycles, controls, retroactivity and corrections Experience with multi location or multi country payroll deployments Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Control Center Understanding of Compensation integration, position and job data, finance and GL posting concepts Experience with EC to ECP replication, reconciliation and payroll data governance Strong analytical and problem solving capability across payroll and data issues SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification expected SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly regarded Why Apply?
