Mecca Recruitment Group is supporting one of our valued clients to appoint an experienced Senior Fund Operations Officer on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong superannuation operations experience and can confidently step into a fast‑paced environment. About the Role In this contract position, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely fund operations processes. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing daily bank reconciliations , including posting all transactions to the General Ledger Reconciling all member‑related transactions Processing daily banking activities, including: – Uploading ABA files – Processing manual payments and refunds – Uploading and reconciling BPay files Assisting in the preparation of Unallocated Money Schedules Supporting the preparation of Benefit Payment Schedules Ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely completion of all operational tasks About You You’ll be a strong fit if you bring: Proven experience in superannuation fund operations Hands‑on experience with bank reconciliations, payments processing and GL posting High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Why Work Through Mecca Recruitment Group?
