Role Overview Actively contributing to the growth of the lending book and network. Drive the growth of the business through the engagement of new partners/ broking and effectively manage existing client relationships. Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless loan approval process. Build effective relationships with the brokers and delivering exceptional brand messaging. Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with a problem-solving mindset. Keep up to date with emerging markets to identify future business development opportunities. Travel interstate to develop deeper relationships with broker network. Work closely with the broader team to ensure clients are delivered consistent and exceptional experiences. Execute sales strategies and grow the business portfolio. Skills & Experience Proven track record of sales results within commercial property lending Bachelor's degree in finance or related field Genuine interest in forging a career within commercial property finance. Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results. Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience as a BDM within residential and commercial lending is essential.
