Key Responsibilities: Drive the daily delivery of fast-track retail and commercial interior fitout projects. Supervise, schedule, and coordinate sub-contractors to meet tight program milestones. Maintain exceptional quality control and ensure a defect-free handover to clients. Conduct daily site inductions, toolbox talks, and strictly enforce WHS compliance. Liaise closely with Project Managers and designers to rapidly resolve site-based RFIs. What You'll Bring: Proven track record as a Site Manager or Foreman within commercial or retail fitouts. Strong understanding of accelerated construction programs and live-environment works. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse subcontractor trades. Thorough knowledge of local WA building codes, OHS legislation, and site compliance. Relevant building trade qualification (carpentry preferred) or Construction Management certificate.
