Working closely with experienced sales and logistics professionals, you will gain exposure to international markets, customer relationship management, export operations and the end-to-end sales process while playing a vital role in supporting the day-to-day success of the business. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide critical support across sales, logistics and customer operations. You will become an integral member of a close-knit team and gain a strong understanding of both the commercial and operational aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include: Entering sales contracts and purchase orders for the sales team Supporting the maintenance of sales codes and product information within the company's documentation systems Assisting with export and logistics administration Coordinating courier bookings and freight documentation Supporting invoice processing and system administration activities Preparing sales reports and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Assisting with customer enquiries and sales administration Providing administrative support to the Sales and Logistics teams General office administration and record management Skills/Attributes: A background in agriculture, agribusiness, livestock, farming, rural services or agricultural supply chains An interest in developing a long-term career in sales and customer relationship management Must have PR or Citizenship to be eligible Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confidence working with data, systems and Excel Strong communication and relationship-building abilities A proactive approach and willingness to learn The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you're looking to combine your agricultural knowledge with commercial career growth, we'd love to hear from you.
