About the Role The Product Growth Coordinator plays an important role in supporting venue performance across our Health & Wellbeing and Aquatics portfolios. Working alongside Product, Marketing and Guest Experience teams, you'll help translate business strategy into practical actions that improve revenue, customer experience and operational performance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in sales, operations, guest experience or commercial support who is ready to develop their career in a strategic regional role. Key Responsibilities You'll support our venues by: Analysing commercial performance including revenue, sales, occupancy, conversion and retention. Assisting with the development of venue improvement plans that deliver measurable results. Supporting venue teams to optimise products, pricing, schedules and capacity. Helping improve the end-to-end guest experience from enquiry through to retention. Partnering with Marketing and Guest Experience teams to maximise campaign effectiveness. Supporting new venue openings, transitions and pre-sales activities. Preparing regional performance reports and providing actionable insights. Sharing best practice and helping build capability across multiple venues. About You You're a motivated and collaborative professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data and building strong relationships You'll bring: Experience in sales, guest experience, operations or commercial support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations. A proactive, customer-focused mindset. Experience within leisure, aquatics, fitness, recreation or hospitality is highly regarded.
