Join a high-performing Reward & Analytics team within a well-regarded financial services organisation. Initially offered as a 3–4 month contract with a view to permanency, this role offers broad exposure across reward, incentives and people analytics for a commercially minded and analytically driven professional. Reporting to the Head of Reward & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting remuneration programs and providing data-driven insights to the organisation. Key Responsibilities Analyse employee, remuneration and incentive data Support the implementation and ongoing management of reward frameworks Prepare quarterly performance and remuneration reports Coordinate market remuneration data submissions Deliver people analytics and workforce insights Support incentive and investment remuneration programs Translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders Partner with internal teams to support reward and analytics initiatives About You You may already be working within Reward, Remuneration, People Analytics or a broader HR Analytics function. Equally, we are open to candidates from adjacent analytical backgrounds who are looking to move into reward.
