Working in one of Tasmania’s most stunning locations, on the waterfront just outside the Hobart CBD at Wrest Point Hotel & Casino, you will join our motivated and experienced P&C team. About the P&C Services Administrator role Reporting to the Team Lead - P&C Shared Services, this role provides timely, accurate and customer-focused administrative support across onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, documentation, records management, employee enquiries and other repeatable People & Culture activities. The role contributes to a consistent employee experience across Federal Group through disciplined use of systems, standardised processes and effective service delivery. What you’ll be doing Deliver repeatable People & Culture administrative services across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, documentation, records management and routine enquiries. Ensure all administrative activities are completed accurately, consistently and within agreed service standards. Maintain accurate employee records, files, HRIS data, reporting and documentation across P&C systems. Coordinate and complete day-to-day P&C administration tasks across multiple business units. Provide responsive, professional and customer-focused support to employees, leaders and the broader P&C team. Respond to routine People & Culture enquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating more complex matters where required. What will you bring to the role? Experience completing administrative activities across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, records management and employee enquiries. Experience working with HR systems, employee records, reporting tools and service management platforms. Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and data.
