Job Identification: 211598 Job Category: Food and Beverage Job Schedule: Full time As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll focus on building our culture of Creating A Rewarding Experience (CARE) within your team from the very start of their DoubleTree journey and throughout ongoing operations in outlets, conferences, and Events. You'll lead by example, demonstrating what it means to be Simply Welcoming, delivering on and supporting service standard excellence on a daily basis. Lead by example, role model being Simply Welcoming in each interaction, for your team. Support the team to achieve and surpass their targets Develop the performance and skills of the team, both on a collective and individual basis. Hold regular communication meetings for the food and beverage team; workshop issues, discuss key items, celebrate results, and circulate news and upcoming focuses. Play an active role in the hotel's senior leadership team, assisting to drive primary goals, our vision, the hotel's annual targets, and key projects. In addition to solid experience in a similar role, you must have full working rights in Australia, and the capacity to work weekends, as required.
