Now focusing on internal processes, they are looking to strengthen controls and reporting by bringing an experienced Financial Controller on board. The Role Reporting into an entrepreneurial CEO, your duties as the Financial Controller will be broad and varied. This will include: Managing the full accounting function, including month-end, year-end, financial statements and compliance Manage process improvement initiatives, including strengthening reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax – prepare taxes, including GST, PAYG, FBT, and corporate income tax returns Manage the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes Manage a small offshore finance team Develop key relationships internally to better integrate finance and operations Work with business leaders to develop company KPIs and manage the reporting of them Your Background This Financial Controller role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing business.
