The position exists to ensure the smooth coordination, governance, and delivery of this multi‑country program, supporting impactful outcomes for paediatric lung health research. https://www.thekids.org.au/our-research/strong-beginnings/foundations-of-lung-disease/ As Project Coordinator, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of PELICAN, working closely with project leads, researchers, clinicians, and international collaborators. You will play a central role in project governance, ethics and compliance processes, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge translation activities. Based at our offices in Nedlands, this part-time role (0.4-0.6 FTE) is offered on a fixed term of 2 years. About You The successful applicant will bring the following: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as public health, policy, social sciences, project management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering projects within government, non‑profit, academic, or third‑sector environments, with a strong record of meeting deadlines and objectives. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing needs, and contribute effectively to team goals. Experience providing day‑to‑day project support, including administrative coordination, documentation management, and meeting support. Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, community partners, and international collaborators. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear project documents, reports, and stakeholder communications.
