Reporting to the Program Co‑Heads, this role is responsible for driving high‑quality research outcomes through effective program management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. About You To be successful in the role, you will possess the following: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Master’s degree desirable). Demonstrated experience in project or research program management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of complex activities. Proven ability to manage budgets and grants, with strong financial oversight and reporting capability. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with consumers, community members, researchers, and external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare high‑quality documents, reports, and correspondence. Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
