15th May, 2026 Commercial Construction Solicitor | 3–5 PAE Perth | Full-time, On-site | Specialist Construction Practice A growing specialist construction law and dispute resolution practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation, Construction & Advisory Lawyer (2–6 years’ PAE) to join its expanding team. This role offers a strong mix of construction and property disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency matters, and commercial advisory work , including contract drafting, risk advice, and dispute prevention strategies for construction and development clients. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a varied and fast-moving caseload, with genuine exposure to both litigation and front-end commercial construction work .
