This Perth based law firm are linked to a leading ASX listed credit group. They are now looking for a Head of Commercial Litigation. The Role This is a broad role, leading a specialist boutique law firm. You will be comfortable leading the direction of the firm and overseeing legal disputes matters. In your role you will be supervising paralegals, junior lawyers and support staff. You will be comfortable working closely with the partner organisation the ASX listed credit group. You will be comfortable creating suitable policies and procedures and ensuring compliance. Your Background You will have a background in commercial litigation or banking law and be comfortable running your own matters. You will have a minimum of 5 years of post admission experience and will be comfortable managing a team.
