Specialising in commercial and industrial projects typically ranging from $5M-$10M, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality outcomes and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and staff. Your New Role As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, maintain high safety standards, and keep projects running to programme. Given the nature of the work, travel is a key part of the role, with extended stays in regional locations preferred. What You Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects of a similar scale. A trade background in carpentry, site supervision and/or civil construction will be highly regarded. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming, and site safety requirements. Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Strong communication skills, acting as the builder's representative and key point of contact on site. Willingness to travel and commit to extended stays in regional locations. QBCC licence preferred but not essential.
