Description Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving impactful workforce initiatives. This is a high-impact role with a strong emphasis on talent management, organisational capability and career pathways, alongside delivering core HR programs and supporting a positive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include; Partner with leaders to develop and deliver strategic people plans aligned to business priorities Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability strategies, including development pathways and targeted learning initiatives Design and embed career frameworks to support attraction, retention and employee growth Lead and deliver annual HR programs including performance, remuneration, and engagement cycles Provide expert coaching and advice to leaders on performance, employee relations, and organisational challenges Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution Leverage workforce metrics, analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive improved outcomes Design and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance culture and employee experience Profile You are a commercially astute HR professional with strong partnering capability and a passion for building high-performing organisations.
