Job Description This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers get back on the road quickly by identifying the right parts and providing expert advice. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email Interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts Processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices Navigating systems and catalogues to find accurate solutions Supporting warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom Working closely with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
