Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join their site-based team on a FIFO 8:6 roster. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing a skilled and competent workforce while supporting safe and efficient mining operations. The Opportunity As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training, conducting assessments, and ensuring workforce competency across a range of mobile plant equipment and site-based activities. Working closely with operational leaders and safety personnel, you will contribute to the ongoing development of employees and contractors while maintaining compliance with site training standards and regulatory requirements. About You You are an experienced mining professional with a passion for developing people and promoting safe work practices. You have strong communication skills, a practical approach to training, and the ability to engage with personnel at all levels of the operation. PLEASE NOTE.
