At this stage we are currently looking of an experienced Operations Manager to join our services team, as a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of service-based businesses. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee the daily operations of pool and spa maintenance, repair, and installation services, ensuring high quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage scheduling and coordination of service teams to optimize efficiency and timely service delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, cost-effectiveness, and business performance. Monitor and maintain inventory of pool and spa equipment, chemicals, and spare parts to ensure availability and smooth operations. Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, best practices, and company Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to drive business success. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
